Mohammad Shamim is a leading practicing lawyer and founding Partner of ‘CONCEPT LEGAL’. He is enrolled as advocate with Bar Council of Delhi. He has more than 16 years of rich experience in various field of Law primarily focused on real estate practice which includes due diligence reports for premises acquisition on lease and/or out right basis especially covering the area of Delhi, NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, Gujarat areas.

Mohammad Shamim has worked for various as In-house Lawyer for Real Estate and Corporate Advisory. He is an expert in providing the end-to-end solutions to clients in real estate matters right from due diligence of properties, advising on commercial aspects including valuation of properties till the conferment of title of properties including residential and/or commercial properties with the Registries and various Authorities.

Mohammad Shamim has vast experience in litigation as well and has successfully represented clients before various Courts and FORA and has handled the issues related to employer/employee relationship, service contracts and their enforcements, recovery cases, execution matters, matrimonial matters, family disputes, maintenance and domestic violence etc. He has also appeared before the Economic Offences Wing in relation to the matters pertaining to commercial aspects and has vast experience in handling the matters pertaining to Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Mohammad Shamim has also been featured on several leading magzines for his insights on real estate laws and regulations in the country, which are his core area of expertise.
